For new clients interested in bodywork to manage stress, relieve chronic issues and break tension patterns, I encourage Craniosacral therapy and Integrated Somatic Massage and Bodywork. Please note: I am no longer taking new clients seeking only traditional massage.
An osteopathic approach to assessing and releasing restrictions in the fascial system and providing support for the body's natural self-correcting mechanisms. More gentle and subtle than a deep tissue massage, Craniosacral Therapy resolves chronic pain issues, and can be combined with Somatic Experiencing and therapeutic massage elements as needed for nervous system regulation.
